New Years Eve....

It's officially the last day of the year, tomorrow we start anew, or at least that's what we all pretend, right?  It really isn't all new, we might make some resolutions that last for a month, a week, a day but do we really purpose in our hearts to make a clean start?  I think that sometimes we need to be forced to make that clean start.

I already mentioned I am going through the final stages of my divorce and that is forcing me to change my life.  So, I decided to jump on the resolution train.  However, mine will actually last because they are things I WANT to do with my life, not things I think I'm supposed to do.

Some of these things include taking pictures at least 4 or 5 days a week, my ultimate goal being at least one a day...I'm not good at sticking to things, hence the 4 or 5 days a week instead :D  Also, going to the gym...I enjoy exercising but I suck about getting off the couch/computer/whatever to get out the door SO I put it on my calendar for 3 days a week...I'd prefer to go 5 but again, I'm being realistic!  I am also joining Weight Watchers again...I lost almost 15 pounds before and dropped almost 4 pants sizes.  So I think between the two (gym and WW) I will get down to the weight I want to be (a healthy one...actually over the 'recommend' weight for me because I know how I'm built ;) ) and down to the pants size I want to be!  I've already begun doing better about keeping our new place a lot more organized and family friendly.  Even my kids have noticed that it's in better condition than the house was pre-divorce.

I am going to slowly add blogs and such to mine that I read regularly, because I plan on visiting my friends again.  Yes, this isn't my first go round with a blog but this is my clean start.
